Special Sale during the EC

Walch & Nusser GbR will setup a sale booth on saturday 4th. Most of the shop products will be available at a 20% discount.

Besides the regular shop products, there will be some highlights including:
- VTES Heirs to the Blood Booster and Starter Displays
- VTES Keepers of the Tradition Booster Displays
- VTES Legacy of Blood Booster Displays
- VTES Anarch Booster Displays
- various VTES OOP Print Starter (Anarchs, Sabbat War,...)

Please note that is NOT possible to "reserve or buy" displays in advance. Should there be more than one interested buyer, we are going to draw a buyer from a pool of interested buyers. Also, cash payment only!

Polling on "Week of Nightmare" events before the European Championship

Are you going to arrive in Mannheim a few days early? And are you interested in doing some final testing on your VTES decks while having fun playing VTES or do you want to take your chance to get a qualifying slot for the EC?

If so, please cast your vote in the poll on the right and leave a comment at the end of this post. If there is enough feedback, we´ll try to organise a tournament on wednesday and  / or thursday at the local rpg shop (Wizards Well).

Pre-registration phase 2 ends september 26th

Dear VTES players,

Lunch catering during the EC

the first pre-registration phase has ended. The second pre-registration phase ends september 26th. If you want to have a complimentary lunch, you need to register until next week friday.

Please note that october 3rd is a National holiday in Germany and many restaurants (except for FF chains) won´t be open during lunch hours.

Hotel Luxa is booked out

A short notice. The official hotel Luxa has been booked out.

There are quite a few hotels in Mannheim. I further recomend staying in those two hotels which are also in walking distance from the venue (about 15-20 min):

Leonardo Hotel Mannheim City Center
Mercure Hotel Mannheim am Rathaus

Preregistering deadlines for the EC - important notice!

Dear VTES players,

in almost a month one of the most important VTES event of each year will be hosted in Mannheim, Germany - the European Championship 2014.

Only about 20 people have preregistered until August 29th. Furthermore only a few rooms have been booked in our designated hotel.

If you are intending to travel to Mannheim for the EC and stay in the official EC hotel, I strongly recommend making a reservation for your hotel room until the 7th of september, as our hotel is going to cancel the remaining rooms which are not booked yet at that point of time.

The organisers would also appreciate if people would preregister for the tournament itself. It´s not because of the fact that we need to know which tournament you want to play but for everything else - like for example planing the complimentary lunch buffet, EC t-shirts, buttons and so on.
